UPDATE: Vanité Salon Will Carry Puppy Shampoo

A few weeks ago we reported the fact that there's going to be a new place to get your locks trimmed in Lakeview - it's named Vanité Salon + Beauty. The salon's services will not be full-range (just yet) as we were informed this morning the salon will only be doing hair services and facial waxing. Stylists names have not yet been released but we're told it's an "impressive staff". Vanité will be caring the full Paul Mitchell line including the luxury line Awapuhi Wild Ginger which is only available in a few salons across the country. We will also be caring the full Paul Mitchell Pet line for kittens, dogs and horses.

We're told Vanité is the mother company of what will eventually split into two companies: Vanité-Paul MItchell Focused Salons and Vanité Beauty which will focus on their own line of cosmetics. What's even more - Vanité Beauty has plans to open "numerous" Chicagoland locations and most importantly will have a charitable component.
