The Chicago Fashion Foundation's annual scholarship award event packed the Chicago Cultural Center full of stylish Chicagoans in support of emerging talent. Ten local students created looks inspired by Chicago's various neighborhoods and were judged by a panel of Chicago-based designers, designers, personalities and boutique owners. Columbia's Elena Bobysheva won the competition with her look inspired by Ukrainian Village taking a $5,000 scholarship.
