Apparently on a recent visit to The Strand in New York, Scott Schuman found a book about Chicago entitled Chicago Accent in the Rare Books Section on the third floor. The paperback of black and white photos depicts a vintage time of life in Chicago's neighborhoods as seen through the lens of photographer Art Shay. Scott mentions that the title “Rare Book Section” is almost a misnomer as he only spent $30 on the book. [The Sartorialist]
