WTF Does This Mean?

Last week when we let you know that 40% of the re-purposed Esquire Theater space had already been leased to "international luxury brands" we got a lot of input from our surrounding circles. There are a few tenants we have in mind but we're not about to let the saints come marching in just yet. We're still in the dark about 10% of the "international luxury brands" that comprise this 40% figure. You do the math. Apparently, an anonymous commenting mathematician has an idea of who we'll soon see come onto the scene. Here's what they wrote:

"Douche and Kardashana will be first in queue when the Double Eagle lands on this scene. Warning: it's the type of place that places video advertisements in NYC taxis."
