Zagat Getting' Cozy in 900 Shops

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

This week Zagat, which may we remind you is now owned by Google, has set up a lounge in the 900 North Michigan Shops. If you happen to be shopping in the area now before April 29th you should stop on by and say hello. You'll recognize them by all the Zagat branded merchandise and whips of their color of choice - maroon. Why are they doing this? Here's the deal: hop on one of the nine laptops, write a few reviews and help them out by reviewing some of your favorite shops - find inspiration here - and they'll hook you up with beer koozies, water bottles, t shirts, a $1,500 shopping spree and teach you the correct way to pronounce ZAGAT.
