Retail Component May be in the Works at United Center

Our sister site, Curbed reports the United Center is purposing retail/restaurant complex at Madison and Wood connecting to the arena. Given the neighborhood's less-than ideal living, income and transport problems, it is unsure whether or not the project will seek public funding. However, the surrounding community does want a Pink Line stop at Madison and Paulina which could result in cash being pushed toward the project.
