EVERYWHERE—Eater has been running the site's first-ever Pizza Week all this week, with interviews of pizza masters, showing the numbers of busy pizza joints, posting chefs' favorite spots, displaying maps with top pizza spots around Chicagoland and more.

BUCKTOWN—After 7.5 years, Mindy Segal needed a shakeup, so she shuttered her restaurant Hot Chocolate, rehabbed the space, re-imagined the menu and opened Hot Chocolate Craft Food & Drink this week.

LINCOLN SQUARE—To both celebrate the restaurant's 10th anniversary and to honor the memory of chef/owner Michael Alternberg, who died earlier this year, Bistro Campagne kicked off two weeks of specials on Thursday.
