The new CityTarget on State Street in the loop is still a few months from opening. This means the smaller more maneuverable shopping carts are on order, they've begun the hiring process for Pret and as you can see by this photo, they've applied for their liquor liscence through the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection with the City. The application posted on the window indicates that the they'll sell "packaged goods" which according to Target on Elston means the "hot sellers" like Fat Tire for $7.99, Stella Artois for 11.99 and Summer Shandy for 12.99.
