Phil Tadros, the mind behind
ad web agency Doejo, Kickstand, Noble Tree and Dollop (among other delectably creative ventures) is poised to try out his next concept-- Bow Truss. This will be, as Phil tells us, a classy neighborhood production facility. The shop will offer lots of education classes and be heavily interactive within the community. They're roasting beans right now inside the space (to be for sale soon) and plan to be open on June 24. Next up, Eater reports they're going to be doing grab-and-go pour-over shops called P.O.C.. Want a sneak sip? Head to The Vintage Bazaar on June 10.
