It was just released: a novel titled Southern Charm by the New York socialite, Tinsley Mortimer. She's in Chicago today at Perchance Boutique in the Gold Coast spilling the beans on Manhattan's social set and signing copies of Southern Charm. The book, about a character named Minty Davenport, who hails from Charleston, South Carolina and finds herself at all the right parties, next to all the right people at some of New York's hottest parties. She's mentioned in gossip columns and on Page Six consistently and eventually finds a stunner of a hubby. The book parallels her friends, acquaintances, frenemies and even herself. It's a juicy juicy read and you'll be one of the first to find out about it at Perchance tonight. Hosted by Sasha Adler, Julie Latsko, Morgan Waller and Jamie Weil, the signing happens from 6:30-8PM.
