Dr Martens x Liberty of London Launches Tomorrow

If there were a match made in heaven, it would be the Liberty of London x Dr Martens collab. Chicago's Dr Martens store has the privilege of hosting one of the world's exclusive launch parties tomorrow evening on the first day the collaboration is available in the America.

Liberty London brings to mind nature, beauty and a refined intricacy, at odds with the tough and rebellious ethos of Dr. Martens. However, this partnership with Dr. Martens is entirely natural - hence the Wild Nature theme that will run through the collaboration. Youth culture first started hand-painting floralpatterns on their boots in the early 1980's, before the idea even became an official DM's style.

The blending of these two brand's styles can be seen on the traditional 8-hole and 3-hole Dr. Martens boots and shoes as well as the recently introduced Kensington and desert boot styles, offering a lightweight option for the warmer months.

When the store opens tomorrow, the shoes and boots will finally be available in the states. The celebration of the collab happens from 6-8PM, with drinks and macarons. The quantities of the collection released stateside are very limited and we're sure they will go quick, so pounce on this opportunity.
