Meanwhile, Chicago Finally Jumps a Worst Dressed List

While GQ in July of last year ranked Chicago as #4 in a list of 40 of the worst dressed cities in the US, and Details in May of this year named Chicago "America's New Design Capital", we seem to have magically worked our way off the 'worst' lists. Yep, this happened over the course of less than a year, according to Conde Nast and AMEX Publishing who has just released via Travel & Leisure, the 20 worst dressed cities in the US.
