All month long this month, Macy’s in honoring the culture, heritage and culinary traditions of Asian and Pacific Islander Americans with all aspects of a vibrant culture. Stop by the store this coming Saturday, the 12th and you'll be treated to live music by Sara Ranganathan, and the Thai Cultural and Fine Art Institute. Then for visual stimuli, swing by the traditional Madhubani paintings by artist Jayashree Papathimar on your way to the 1PM tasting/ cooking demo by James Beard Winner, owner of Slurping Turtle and Takashi, not to mention Culinary Council Chef, Takashi Yagihashi.
