The long vacant Circuit City building at 1030 W North Ave between American Eagle, West Elm, Ulta Beauty, Home Depot, Design Within Reach, Blick Kay Jewelers and Old Navy has been leased. A company called Life Storage took the building for, um, storage. Boring. The building has been vacant since 2008 and each October the 31% of the building would be turned into a spooooooky wonderland for Halloween costumes. [Crain's]
