Performance artist, and designer, Annie Novotny is known for the intellect of sartorial creation. Sometimes brighter than reality, always more thought out, under her label Frei she is continuing to take special appointments for brides with an honest and artful aesthetic. Her two most recent projects for this year are a longer hand-dyed rich burgundy embellishment for Rose Rita Walsh and a shorter cinched-with-pink dress for Morgan Halsted.
