Yesterday, an elderly man entered the Crocs store on State Street in the Loop. Brandishing a knife, the man threatened a store employee and robbed the them of six pairs of the comfortable shoes.
Though the elderly man ran away, he was spotted and nabbed due to a police issued a bulletin with his description. Apparently he was hanging out at the Roosevelt L station where he was peacefully arrested. The shoes were recovered, nobody was hurt and charges are pending.
