Steve Quick Jewelers has been a staple jewelry store for Chicagoans for the last 26 years. He started with only a mere 300 square feet, and now has three stores in Chicago's toniest neighborhoods. His newest jewel will come in the form of a Wicker Park locale, set to open this fall within the now vacant Real Naked Foods storefront on Division at Wolcott. But this gem is different--a rough diamond, if you will--it will feature reclaimed materials and woods at every facet and angle, and is definitely not one of those "blood" diamonds, but a responsible one.
