How Time Flies: Scoop NYC in the Gold Coast Is One Year Old

One year ago, in June 2011 at 1009 North Rush Street, we remember construction was just finishing up and Scoop NYC was opening a fresh store concept. As Chicago's second location, now the more popular than the Bucktown location, the store will host a series of anniversary events beginning on Thursday.

This thursday, shop a vintage Chanel accessories trunk show in partnership with vintage retailer, What Goes Around Comes Around. The trunk show will consist of 50 pieces of vintage Chanel jewelry as well as several Chanel handbags. The trunk show is scheduled to run through Sunday, June 10th.

Scoop NYC Gold Cost will be hosting its one-year anniversary party on Thursday, June 14th from 6PM – 8PM in partnership with StyleChicago.com. DJ Lani Love of Sugar Rock Catwalk will spin, there will be cocktails and StyleChicago swag bags Hosts are Roderick Tung and Eric Himel.

Concluding the events on June 23rd, Scoop NYC will be joining the first annual Oak Street Summer Block Party from 11AM to 3PM. Enjoy mimosas, music by DJ Lani Love and shopping perks at Scoop while enjoying the afternoon festivities along Oak Street and Rust Street.
