Tel Aviv-based IDB Group has hired CBRE Inc. to sell the Barneys building at 15 E. Oak. Barneys had signed a 15 year lease in 2009 when the construction of the building was complete. The Israeli owners have been in control for a little more than a year. Reports show the building could sell for $160 million, a 37% increase over IDB's purchase price. [Crain's]
