Athleta Coming to Old Town?

We've heard from multiple neighboring businesses over the past few months that Gap Inc, has looked into leasing the now vacant Haberdash space on Wells, just north of Evergreen in Old Town. We feel like this is a strong possibility taking into account they are Athleta's parent company and Athleta's been in growth mode the past few seasons and leasing history in well-to do neighborhoods.

We're talking Pacific Heights in San Francisco where they've leased 5,000 square feet,
Town & Country Village in Houston where they've leased 4,888 square feet or even here in West Lakeview where they've leased 3,800 square feet on Southport.

A Historical Retail Lease Listing on Loopnet shows there is a total of 6,292 square feet available in one space. The listing also states that the property features black iron and excellent co-tenancy with Pier 1 and Chase Bank. Athleta's HQ denies the rumors and parent company Gap Inc. did not return calls.
