Sofia is Building a Store of Dreams on Walton

It was just announced, Racked 38 Member, Sofia has signed a lease at a new location. When we dropped last week's post announcing a sale, the shop was still in negotiations with the management at 100 E Walton hoping that they were making the right decision.

Set to open in August of this year, a Sofia rep tells us this space, "will be the store of their dreams". The staff works together collaboratively and each will have input on how the store will look and feel, citing that they are going for a "modern-industrial" vibe.

The new space (previously Bright Smile) is about the same size at around 2,000 square feet and is currently just a raw space to be built to Sofia's specs by the contractor. It will only be one floor which will allow for an easier store flow and more space for Sofia's exclusive brands.
