Warby Parker, the eyeglass e-tailer that has made a name for itself by popping up in places like Apartment Number 9 here in our thriving windy metropolis has announced their first brick and mortar shop in New York's SoHo neighborhood. Warby Parker joins ranks the e-tailers going brick and mortar including Amazon, Piperlme and Bonobos. Does this mean an eventual expansion in the midwestern marketplace? Probs no. As Racked in New York sees it, this is more about creating a brand presence rather than changing their business model to sell yurts out of a SoHo storefront. [Racked]
