Deal freaks and health nuts, buckle up and prepare to be blown away, a new site launched this week that brings health-focused deals to market that you probably wouldn't have access to otherwise. CareXtend is a brand new one-stop online health and wellness marketplace featuring affordable products and services not typically covered by traditional health plans. Think "extras" like massage and teeth whitening, acupuncture, Botox, microderm, hair restoration, personal training and things like that of the wellness sort.
Upon launching, CareXtend is featuring a variety of offers, including upcoming services for $50 for an eye exam and prescription glasses from Vision One Lasik Center, $150 for four 30-minute one-on-one strength training sessions at Hard Pressed, $25 off a prenatal massage at Urban Oasis and $199 for 20 units of Botox injection at Concierge Mobile Medical Spa. Similarly to Gilt, or Fab, or Groupon, offerings remain active for set period of time and are strictly from reputable providers.
