Burberry Opened Temporary Location One Year Ago

Thank goodness for the evolution of Foursquare. What would we ever do if they hadn't just sent us an email reminder of where we were nearly one year ago today? We probably would have kept living in the future, looking forward to the day when Burberry re-opens a massive flagship on Michigan Ave.

On July 25th, one year ago, we wrote this on our check-in at 633 N Michigan Avenue: "This Burberry is closed today and has relocated to 540 N Michigan Ave one block south. Opens tomorrow 10AM." Oh, how time flies and now we're looking forward to the leviathan of plaid opening in October, with bigger and better fanfare than recent global openings like Paris and Beijing in 2011.
