The empty retail space on the ground floor of the imminently opening Ritz Carlton Residences will soon be home to LOFT, Ann Taylor's hipper and younger brand, according to Crain's Chicago Business. The LOFT brand is growing rapidly as there is already a store in the Shops at North Bridge, and sales in their stores and online have grown over 11 percent since last year. Construction on the two story store will begin soon.
