Aquatalia is a burgeoning force to be reckoned with. In just a few days, the company will open a New York
flagship showroom while here in Chicago, the brand will launch an outdoor ad campaign (a first for the company). Already here at home, the shoes are sold at small trend-led boutiques like Shirise in Glencoe as well as Saks, Neiman's and Nordstrom. But this always seems to be the case before we see a Midwest store--a beefed up East Coast presence,well-placed ads other initiatives like the upcoming collaboration with Bergdorf or the re-design of their website. All of that jazz, plus, as Lori Miller for Shirise says, their boots are accessible, fashionable yet perform well in the cold and snowy winters of Chicago.
