Hottest Trainer Contestant #13: Adam Von Rothfelder

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Welcome to the final stretch of Racked Chicago's search for Chicago's hottest trainer. Over the past two weeks, we've been profiling smoking hot candidates who work at local gyms and studios. (Not only do they look hot in spandex, but if you take their classes, you might someday look nearly as good.) Once we've introduced everyone, we'll host a March Madness-style showdown in which you get to vote for your favorite.

[Adam Von Rothfelder, Drench Fitness]

Adam Von Rothfelder, owner of Drench Fitness in Milwaukee started his company, in 2011 with a background being a UFC fighter and training pro athletes. Through his early career, because Adam had always noticed gaps in the curricula of certain instructors' only training styles, so he made it his mission to bridge those gaps. From here, he took on client after client, tailoring their workouts around muscle groups and muscular structure, and incorporating nutritional plans.

Since March of last year, Drench Fitness has become a force to be reckoned with, growing quickly within only 17 months. Adam's studio subscribes to the principals of efficiency, giving clients high intensity workouts in the shortest duration of time, believing your time shouldn't be wasted. Training sessions last only sixty minutes, focusing on proficiency, effectiveness and concentration within that minimal time frame which apparently lead to results. With Adam's workout plans, he guides his clients on nutrition and being accountable for their actions.
