It was just confirmed that the The Magnificent Mile Shopping Festival, which is presented by Mastercard and starts next week will host Kelly Osbourne as the special kick-off guest. It was rumored that Kelly is hosting this Chicago-only event around the same time as her friend Giuliana's baby is due. Kudos for being a good and wanting to be close to that action, Kelly.
