Wanna look like you literally just stepped out of a magazine? Well, Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics (OCC) can help with that. The line's new Lip Tar has been hailed as the best lipstick of 2012 by Nylon magazine, and they've partnered with the magazine to introduce a new hot pink color called Nylon, which matches the color of the Nylon mag logo. It's being billed as a "liquefied lipstick"--one that goes on like a gloss, but dries matte and stays on throughout the day like a lipstick. It's also packed with many kinds of oils to help with moisture. At $16, this sounds like a steal. OCC Lip Tar will be available at Sephora beginning on Sep. 17. [Racked Inbox]
