In groundbreaking news, flash sale site, Left of Trend has called it quits at the flash sale game and has just merged with another company to form a more suave operation called Stock Mfg. Co. We just checked out the new site which displays a few useful infographics describing the direction their taking now....

The concept is unique in that nobody is doing right now. Here's how it works: Independent designers submit designs, the public votes on which ones they want produced by buying in on pre-sale, then if it's successful, it's produced in Stock Mfg. Co.'s factory here in Chicago and is shipped to the consumer. The site is launching in September.
