Last week, W Chicago Lakeshore, in partnership with notable New York Instagram photographer @takinyerphoto, brought some of the most talented Instagram photographers out from behind their iPhones and into the spotlight in Chicago’s first ever Instagram photo exhibition, #WVIEW.

The exhibit opened in the hotel's swanky Living Room and Wave Patio showcasing the winning Instagram prints to the tunes of DJ Megan Taylor [whose shoes appear in this album-see if you can guess which ones] and interactive moments with Instagram prints by Onomonomedia. The Hendrick's cocktails [like at all W parties] were strong. And in case you missed the exhibition of the 30 best instagrams, you can catch it--it's still up.
