We hereby proclaim one of the Gold Coast's newest hotspots for the Ladies who lunch is Balsan, located on third floor of The Waldorf Astoria. As of late, they seem to really be rollin' out the fashion with the mid-week break we're calling, 'Feast on Fashion.' The last was a blast, with BHLDN bringing new Fall styles before they hit the store. Now it's Perchance's turn once again (remember before). Lunch & bubbles will; run you $37 on Thursday, Aug 16.
