A little tardy to the 'Rock the Vote Nights' party, Fashion Police officer, Kelly Osbourne wore a skin-flaunting paisley/Lichtenstein-inspired dress paired cream wedges, large red Chanel earrings and a black leather jacket as the night got chillier. [The full look is here] The new slimmed down Kelly was accompanied by her new beau Matthew Mosshart, who was content as her purse rack and sneaking in kisses whenever he could. "He knew people were looking", says an onlooker, "but he didn't care? He just kept leaning in for some PDA".

Enjoying themselves, Belvedere cocktail in hand, they were later joined by Jack who's battling multiple sclerosis and Sharon who just quit America's Got Talent. And can we all agree that it's nice the Osbourne family can take a peaceful summer vacation together as they support Ozzie as he played at the fest this weekend.
