John Varvatos Spotted on Oak Street Carrying Blueprints

Guess who was spotted on Oak Street just now? Via the Racked tipline, the man spotted was the one and only, John Varvatos. Allegedly sauntering up and down the street, John was seen, according to our tipster, "...with blueprints in hand. He's with three other guys, presumably real estate folks." How exciting considering we've heard nothing about him since he signed a letter of intent in 2008 for what is now the Lululemon space on Rush and Walton.
