The one bad-ass bitch in Old Town that every man wants and every woman wants to be is Diana Silvius. This November is the biggest milestone yet for Diana in her history on Wells. The 50th anniversary of Up Down Cigar. In the next few months, Diana is flying in her best import to date: Hendrik Kleiner, the most cigar-knowledgeable man in the Dominican Republic and possibly Haiti, Cuba, and Puerto Rico. Together with a surprise key note speaker, they'll throw a black tie-optional birthday bash in the store and on their hidden-away patio, complete with cigar bingo.
