The Dailey Method ,the leading barre workout in the entire nation, is opening a first-ever studio location in Lincoln Park later on this fall. This highly-anticipated location will be the second Chicago location for The Dailey Method and the ninth studio in Illinois.

As with all Dailey Method locations, the studio will feature the company’s proprietary one-hour fitness class, which combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, yoga, and orthopedic exercises in an encouraging class environment.

The architecturally inspired studio on the corner of Clark and Belden will feature floor to ceiling windows and a full amenity spa-like locker room for you to rest your strengthened, toned and lengthened muscles. This particular location will also have a staffed kid’s room, a unique selection of the latest fitness and resort apparel and abundance of on-site parking for those days more inclement than our beautiful sunshine-filled summers.
