Apparently, Ryan Lochte went in for a kissy kiss on Anna Wintour and then his hand spent quite a bit of time on her leg before the Ralph Lauren show yesterday. What happened? Well, it was awkward and Anna may have called Ryan a douchebag. Actually, we don't know that for sure, but we do know that Ryan looked damn good in that Ralph Lauren suit. [Racked]
