EVERYWHERE—Chicago has some pretty famous dining rooms, but which are the most iconic? Here's Eater Chicago's gallery of 20 Iconic Dining Rooms, based on longevity, impact and aesthetics.

LAKEVIEW—Japanese pub Chizakaya shuttered after service last Saturday because of financial reasons. Former chef Harold Jurado, whose family owns the restaurant, said they may relocate to a different neighborhood.

SOUTH LOOP—Recently opened Alain's was served with an eviction notice this week, but reports are that the restaurant is set to re-open on Monday.

EVERYWHERE—The first ever Craft Spirit Week Chicago is coming to town from October 1 to 6. A number of tasting events, seminars, dinners and open houses will be taking place throughout the city. Check out the full calendar of events online.
