This was the scene early yesterday evening. People jumping out of the way to avoid a car careening into the large glass facade of the Apple Store in Lincoln Park. As the news was breaking on twitter, we learn that everyone at the store was okay after the incident and as of yet no charges have been filed. Apple Store employees are keeping mum about the amount of merchandise it will cost and let us know that all Genius Bar appointments are still being kept, all merchandise is still for sale and the area that was a little messy has been sectioned off and is staffed with construction workers for peace of mind.
