Chicago-based musician Rebecca Francescatti has filed a suit against Stefani Joanne Germanotta (Lady Gaga) citing that the song Judas was spawned from her intellectual property, and a sound engineer who worked with both musicians borrowed too many elements from her song. Now, Rebecca Francescatti is receiving what some may perceive as death threats through social media including ones that read, "Watch you back everytime u step out of ur house Rebecca, cuz you might never be able to go home ever again" and "death to Rebecca Francescatti and her family" and "To answer your question of who this pig is, well no one knows her so she's invisible to the world."
