Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Word on the street (18th street, that is), is that the cool shops on 18th are banding together to launch a big marketing campaign all about shopping vintage and cool stuff in the Pilsen Neighborhood. Unsure of what the campaign will consist of, the young guns who run the shops in the 'hood have some pretty great taste. Speculation is in order: perhaps maps and videos, QR codes everywhere and a Second Friday discothèque behind Polo Loco.
