Well Then, Bloomingdales is Opening an Outlet Near O'Hare

Bloomingdale's has begun rolling out a new Bloomingdale's Outlet store concept. Each store is approximately 25,000 square feet and have an upscale outlet store focus. Current locations are pretty random and scattered ranging from Miami to Paramus (New Jersey), Grand Prairie (Texas) and Merrimack (New Hampshire) among other places like Shaumburg which opened in November 2011.

Welp, we just found out that the new concept is rolling out in August of this year a tad closer to the city with a much larger selection at Fashion Outlets Chicago just off the tarmac at O'Hare. No word yet on other tenants going into the outlet mall though we'd assume brands like the Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas including Ann Taylor, Karen Millen, Michael Kors, Coach and Williams Sonoma... so pretty much the stores in the Bloomingdale's Mall on Michigan Ave.
