Crain's Chicago Business reports that Eataly is set to open in River North at the end of November. Clocking in at 63,000 square feet—that's bigger than its Manhattan outpost— the sprawling venue is "part restaurant, part gourmet grocer, and all show." Lining its shelves will be specialty items including cured boar's meat and bottles of balsamic vinegar that go for $227.80 a pop. Whew! That's one fancy salad. [Crain's Chicago Business]
