Racked Road Test

For Racked National's new video series, Racked Road Test, correspondent Joshua David Stein tries his hand at curious new trends. In the latest installment, Stein got the lowdown on a form of exercise called AcroYoga. The basics? The circus-style moves, which are taught at Equinox and other spots, involve a "base" partner and a "flyer." Stein found that it was tougher than solo yoga, because "you're all up in it with another person. There's constant communication between base and flyer." And, after all, "with a man's foot in your inner thigh, it actually feels better to talk about it." Check out the video on our sister site. [Racked National]
