Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Kriser's, an indie chain store that specializes in all-natural pet products, will open its 11th Chicago location in Streeterville on Saturday. The shop will stock natural foods for Fido (and cats!) along with toys, treats, and supplements. There will also be an in-house grooming facility that uses—of course— all-natural products. And listen up, pet parents: During opening weekend, promotions include 20% discounts on all pet food and supplies, four plush toys for $5, discounts on pet grooming, and free pet portraits on Saturday.
