Never got your hands on that Boom! sweatshirt? You may have better luck now. A month after the Phillip Lim x Target collection debuted, many of the pieces are generously discounted at stores across the country. Racked called several Target stores, and found that many of them had moved the designer goods to the clearance racks. As one staffer in South Florida said, "stuff people didn't want" was marked 50 percent off. The Boston South Bay store has shirts and dresses for 30 percent off, and similar discounts can be found in North Dakota, Kansas, and Colorado.
