Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Archelle Dunaway, creative director and makeup artist for e.l.f. cosmetics, has a thing for Ursula, Cruella, and the Evil Queen. "I've always had a secret soft-spot for Disney villains," she says.
So Dunway is wicked excited to whip out her brushes at Walgreens on State Street today, where she'll give free, Disney-Villains-inspired makeovers using e.l.f.'s new gift sets.
Based on the shadiest cartoon characters in the land, the sets are $9.99 a pop and contain eyeshadows and eyeliners, lipsticks, brushes, and primers on how to create a "day look" and "night look." Need we even mention that these are perfect for Halloween? So, we'd suggest taking your bad self over to Walgreens, stat. The event runs from 3 to 7 p.m.
