One nice thing we can say about Miley? Her makeup in "Wrecking Ball" stands up to tears, concrete dust, and lots of rolling around in rubble. Racked National tapped makeup artist Annamarie Tendler to recreate the look. The tools? Foundation, a highlighter (think YSL's Touche Éclat), a matte brown powder, an eyebrow pencil, and... well, just watch the video. [Racked National]
