Better start stretching those hammies. This Sunday, at 8. a.m. sharp, Women's Heath Magazine's RUN10 FEED10 race takes off from Lincoln Park. The 10K race benefits FEED, which works to eradicate world hunger.

FEED founder Lauren Bush Lauren will be in town this weekend to join in the charitable fun. So in the spirit of RUN10 FEED10, we asked her a few—guess how many—survey- style questions. Get to know your new running buddy Lauren before hitting Lincoln Park on Sunday. What were you doing at 10 a.m. this morning?
I was at Starbucks getting a latte and oatmeal. The perfect mid-morning pick me up and keep me going!

What are you usually doing at 10 p.m. at night?
Unwinding by reading.

What's your favorite thing do to in Chicago?
Eat!

Eat where?
Chicago has so many terrific restaurants. A favorite is RL.

What fall trend or fashion item are you currently in love with?
Our FEED 2 bag in gray. It's a beautiful color that goes well with the darker shades of Fall but, more importantly, it provides two children with school meals for an entire year when purchased.

What's your favorite thing about fall?
The crisp air—which is great to run in—and fall veggies like pumpkin and squash, which are perfect for roasting or making hearty and healthy tarts.

What's the one beauty item you can't live without?
I wouldn't say I can't live without any product, but a favorite is certainly Clarins' Lip Perfector.

What song is on repeat on your iPod right now?
"Wake Me Up" by Avicii

What book is on your nightstand?
The Hours by Michael Cunningham and Built To Last: Successful Habits of Visionary Companies.
