We just got news that's too heartwarming to keep to ourselves. As a little happy-weekend treat, here's some scoop: To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Frenchie shop Cotélac is giving out free "anniversary heart" bracelets to customers through tomorrow. This isn't a gift with purchase—it's a gift for simply stopping by (while supplies last, of course.)
